The Central Station Reconciliation Report is designed to print a listing of monitoring services setup on a System Central Station Tracking Monitoring form for each Alarm Company as of the date the report is generated.
Two pages will be printed for each unique Alarm Company. The first page will list all accounts along with each Alarm Service provided to the account. The second page is a summary which totals the number of accounts and amounts by Alarm Service provided.
Once the desired options have been selected on the report options form, click the OK button to display the report in Print Preview mode.
Report Selections
Central Station Monitoring Companies - The default is to display data for All Companies. If the data for only certain companies is desired, you may highlight the first company, then depress the CTRL key and highlight additional companies within the list.
Sort By - The report default is to sort by Customer Number. Other sorting options available are Service Code, Site Name, and System Number (Alarm Account Number).
