Selecting this option will open the workstation’s web browser to http://www.gotoassist.com/ph/sedonaoffice. This option is used when a SedonaOffice support representative requests access to view your desktop to assist in answering a question or helping with a reported item. This option is known as a “Live Assist” session. The SedonaOffice support representative will provide the User with an access code to launch the Live Assist session.
