Customer needs to setup new Bank Account for EFT processing in SedonaOffice.
Resolution:
In SedonaOffice:
Open SedonaSetup > Go to Banks in the AR area
In the Banks window, select the New button in the bottom right of the screen.
When setting up a new bank, do not mark the Customer Bank box as the bank is for use by the company.
Note: It is suggested to create a new GL account for the new bank account for distinction purposes in the account register. This is a recommendation, not a requirement.
