The Inventory Stock Summary Report is designed to print a listing Inventory Parts values as of a particular date. Amounts are printed with totals by Warehouse. If the option Show Each Product Line is selected, total part values for each product line will be printed with a total at the end of each warehouse selected for the report. A total will be printed after the warehouses for each Branch and a grand total will be printed at the end of the report for all warehouses selected.
Once the desired options have been selected on the report options form, click the OK button to display the report in Print Preview mode.
Report Selections
Warehouse - There are no Warehouses selected by default. you may select All Warehouses by pressing the Select All button or select all Warehouses within a Branch by checking the Branch at the top of each Branch group or select individual warehouses by checking the box to the left of each desired Warehouse.
· Hide Inactive Warehouses - This option is not selected by default. If inactive warehouses are not to be included in the report, select this option.
· Show Each Warehouse - This option is not selected by default. If this option is selected, subtotals will print for each Warehouse selected.
Product Line - The default is to display data for All Product Lines. If the data for only certain Product Lines is desired, you may highlight the first Product Line, then depress the CTRL key and highlight additional Product Lines within the list.
· Hide Inactive Products - This option is not selected by default. If this option is selected, all parts with an Inactive Product Line will be excluded from the report.
· Show Each Product Line - If this option is selected, amounts will be printed for each unique product line within each warehouse selected for the report.
As of Date - The report default is today's date. you may select a different date if desired.
Options
· Hide Inactive Parts - This option is not selected by default. If this option is selected, all parts with an Inactive status will be excluded from the report.
· Hide Zero Count Product Lines - This option is not selected by default. If parts where the count quantity is equal to zero for a product line should be excluded from the report, select this option.
