How To Arrange Techs in Custom Order in Service Scheduler

When viewing Technician Schedules in the Sedona Scheduler you have the ability to place them in a Custom Order rather than alphabetically.

Open the Service Scheduler and click on the "View" Tab and select one of the Calendar Views “Day/Month/Week" then select the "Edit Display Group" icon.  

 

 

When the Display Groups Click on the Display Group you want to Edit in the top section of the screen.
 In the bottom section of the screen there is a Sequence Column, each Tech should have a “0.”

To Re-arrange the order, change the Sequence Number for each Tech starting with “0” which will start on the left-hand side.

Once you have renumbered the Sequence Order select Save.
 This can be configured for each Display Group.
