Employees

Menu path: SedonaSetup > Employees

A service technician and salesperson must be defined as employees.

• For Technicians, select the type = SV (Serviceperson)
• For Salespersons, select the type = SL (Salesperson)

Assign the employee to the appropriate department (Assigned To field).
