Issue:
We’ve had some issues with invoices going out. They are missing the headers in the invoices. They should be labeled as Invoice number and Customer number, Date, and Due Date but they’re missing.
Resolution:
Go to Print Preview.
On the Paper Tab of the Printing Preferences, mark the selectable box labeled as Print Form Text (labels)
Click OK
Now when the Invoice loads, it will display all of the missing information.
