Highlighting the EFT History tree option will display a listing of all customer automated payments in the Active Pane. This includes transactions for ACH and Credit Cards that have been processed, pending funding, declined or voided. For detailed information on Automatic Payment Processing, refer to the Automatic Payments topic under Accounts Receivable.
An EFT record may be opened for viewing by double-clicking on the EFT History row in the Active Pane. User permissions are required for this option; if the User does not have the appropriate permissions, an EFT record may not be accessed.
There are no right-click options for the EFT History tree option.
