The Part Reconcile form was designed to be used as a tool for users who are preparing to close a Job, to determine whether all parts that were required on the Job have been issued to the Job.
When viewing the Part Reconcile form, the total count of each Part listed on the Materials form and any parts added or deducted with Job Change Orders will be listed.
If any part has not been properly issued or over-issued, those part numbers will be displayed with a red font. Parts that are in balance will be displayed with a black font.
