Service Menu
The Service module contains many functions that are used by staff members in many departments to manage Service and Inspections Tickets. Each option within the module is secured by User Group Security permissions.
Service – Selecting this option will launch the SedonaSchedule program. This application runs independently of the main SedonaOffice application and is used for creating, scheduling and processing of Service and Inspection Tickets. Job appointments may be scheduled and dispatched using SedonaSchedule.
Print Service Tickets – This option is used to perform bulk Service and Inspection Ticket printing.
