For a User to be able to use the Inner Office Message functionality certain security privileges must be granted to the User through the User Group Security options within SedonaSetup. The following User Group Security options located within Application Access pertain to Inner Office Messaging.
- Access to Inner Office Messaging (CM group) – Allows a User access to the Inner Office Messaging Queue as well as create, edit, or delete an Inner Office Message.
