The Print button is only available when a report is available for information currently being viewed. Depending on the report available for the item selected, sometimes the report will be sent directly to the default printer and other times the report will be displayed in Preview mode.
In the example below, a Customer Explorer record was being viewed with the Invoices option highlighted on the customer tree when the Print option button was selected. This opened an Invoices report in print preview mode. At this point the User may press the Print & Close button from the report preview.
