This is a custom report designed for a particular SedonaOffice customer. This report is a of the standard Job Cost Summary report. This report shows amounts in work-in-process (WIP)accounts and the estimated amounts, broken down by four elements:
· Total Estimated Expenses & Total Amounts in WIP
· Estimated Material Expenses & Total Amounts in WIP
· Estimated Labor Hours & Actual Labor Hours Expended (timesheet hours posted to the Job)
· Estimated Labor Dollars and Other Expenses & the corresponding Amounts in WIP
The report has a summary and a detail version. If the option Print Notes is included, any Job Notes will be printed below each Job.
If the Summary style is selected, Notes will not print. The Summary style will print total amounts by Branch/Job Type.
This report contains the following Sort options:
· Job Number
· Salesperson
· Created on Date
· Projected Start Date
· Projected End Date · Project Manager
