What imports from WeSuite:
- Customer info if a new customer is being created, including address and contacts.
- Job Number (a -2 at the end indicates more than one job or system tied to the quote in WeSuite)
- Job Type
- Description (Job Title from WeEstimate)
- Sales Person
- PO Number
- Sold Date – the day it was imported
- Bill to
- Notes
- Documents
- Labor Units – There are multiple areas these can be entered in WeSuite but Sedona only imports them from and to certain areas.

- Labor hours entered on individual items will show on those install items in Sedona.
- Labor hours for labor categories in WeSuite will show in the Labor Tasks pop out window on the job costing tab. Entries made here do not tie to other labor fields in the job. They also may total incorrectly if the customer maps more than one WeSuite labor type to the same SedonaOffice labor type.
- Items – including quantity, cost, and sold price
- Recurring – including term, cycle frequency, RMR amount, and cycle amount
- Parts - including quantity, cost, and sold price
- Estimated costs - including those from items, recurring, parts, and commission
