The Credit-Office Invoice function is used when your company wants to write off many invoices at one time that may have a very small balance. This function may also be used to write off invoices to a bad debt account for customer invoices that are no longer considered collectable.
The User performing this function is not limited to a dollar amount that may be written off; for this reason using this function should be restricted to high level management only. If the User selects a dollar amount greater than $1.00, a message will be displayed confirming this is the correct amount to select.
