Under the Open Tickets area of the Active Pane, all open Service and Inspections Tickets will be listed. Double-clicking on an open ticket will open the ticket form. If the User does not have the appropriate permissions, they will not be able to open a ticket record.
There are no right-click options in the Open Tickets area of the Active Pane.
