When a Service Ticket is printed there is a Charge Message on the top right side.
This information is pulled from the Service Level for that Service Ticket.
Service Ticket Print Preview
Open the Service Ticket and select the Wrench Icon on the top left Corner of the ticket.
Select Print.
When the Service Ticket Preferences opens, select the “Hide Charges Message” and click “OK.”
When the Service Ticket prints the Charge Message is no longer printed on the ticket.
