When Grouping Inspection Tickets together by entering a Group Number, and you want to create All Inspection Tickets that are due on the same date, you would use the Exclude from High Frequency Check option.
EXCLUDE FROM HIGH FREQUENCY CHECK – If this option is selected, the inspection is excluded from the High Frequency Bypass logic.
Example: A Fire System has three Inspection Records all due on July 1st.
Quarterly Visual Inspection
Semi-Annual Water Flow Inspection
Annual Visual and Equipment Testing
The software would generate a grouped ticket containing all three inspections rather than only the Annual Inspection all date for July 1st.
