How to Remove an Inspection from the List when Generating Inspection Tickets

Once an Inspection Record is listed when Generating Inspection Tickets and the Inspection Record is not being Terminated, the only option to remove it from that List is to Generate the Inspection Ticket.  

 Once the Inspection Ticket is created then you would select the appropriate Resolution Code to describe the reason for not completing the Inspection.

 

 Examples of Resolution Codes:

 If the customer declined the inspection, generate the Inspection Ticket and then close it using the appropriate Resolution Code indicating the customer declined the service.

 If the inspection needs to be moved to a future date, generate the Inspection Ticket and select Void as the Resolution Code. After updating the Next Inspection Date, generate a new Inspection Ticket when the inspection is due.

 By selecting the correct Resolution Code the inspection history remains accurate and provides a clear record of what occurred.
