Selecting the Customer Snapshot option will launch the Customer Snapshot Report in preview mode. This report contains sections of information related to the customer, its sites, systems, and recurring lines. This report may be printed by clicking the printer icon located on the upper toolbar. The report may be exported to an electronic file in one of the following file formats; Excel, PDF, RTF, Text, HTML.
