For a User to be able to use features of the EFT Processing, certain security privileges must be granted to the User through the User Group Security options within SedonaSetup. The following User Group Security options security options section pertain to EFT Processing.
- Access to EFT - This permission also allows users to create transactions in real time from the customer record.
- EFT Customer - Users that need to view a list of all customers that have credit card or bank accounts on file, or who are responsible for tracking credit card expiration dates, will need this permission.
- EFT Processing - Users that will be managing EFT transactions will need this permission.
- Auto Process Non-Recurring Invoices - Users that will need to create EFTs for non-recurring invoices will need this permission.
