Point of Sale Menu
The POS system provides functionality for over the counter sales for parts and services to be made at specific registers (called locations) to individuals or businesses where payment is received by cash, check, or credit card.   Sales can be made to customers within your SedonaOffice database, or to individuals that are not in your database.


Location – Selecting this option is used to setup where POS transactions can take place - this is a fictitious cash drawer.
Openings – Selecting this option is used to open the POS system each day and enter the beginning cash amount for the day for a particular location.
POS Entry – This option is used to enter a sale or return for a particular opening.
POS Preferences – This option is used for setting up preferences for each company's POS system.
