Time Windows
Menu path: Setup > Proposal Setup > Time Windows
The Time Windows setup is used to define a window of time that can be added to the Quick Quote as an estimate of when the technician is available. You may create as many Time Window records as needed.
To add a time window to your Quick Quote:
- Click on Add Time Window
- Add a description
- Select a start time
- Select an end time
- Click update to save the record
