The Journals toolbar is comprised of two function buttons; GL Journal and Part Journal. The GL Journal displays all transactions posted to the Job which affected the General Ledger. The Part Journal displays all parts that were issued to or returned to a warehouse for the Job.
GL Journal
The GL Journal button is used to view all transactions posted to the Job which affect the General Ledger. The list of transactions may be displayed in Detail or Summary view.
Part Journal
The Part Journal displays all parts that were issued to or returned to stock for the Job.
