For a User to be able to work in the Collection Queues certain security privileges must be granted to the User through the User Group Security options within SedonaSetup. The following User Group Security options located within Application Access pertain to Collections.
- Collections – Allows a User the ability to set up and manage Collection Profiles, and Collection Queues, enter Collection Notes, and change the Collection Status of a Customer.
