Master Accounts cannot be Deleted or Changed to a Standard Customer.
The Only way to Remove a Master Account is either by manual cancellation or using the Cancellation Queue.
Master Account
When trying to Delete a Master Account, a Warning Message will open advising you cannot Delete a Master Account, you can only Cancel the Account.
