How to tell if RMR is Billed to a Subaccount or to the Master

If you need to find out if RMR is being billed to a Subaccount or to a Master Account, there is a way to narrow that down before opening each RMR Item on each Subaccount. 

Master Account

Open a Master Account and click on “Subaccounts.” 

When the Subaccount list populates there are two columns located on the right side:

Master RMR:

If there is an amount listed in this column, then that specific Subaccount has RMR billed to the Master.  

If there is no amount listed, then there is no RMR being billed to the Master. 

Sub RMR: If there is an amount listed in this column, then that specific Subaccount has RMR billed to the Subaccount.  

If there is no amount listed, then there is no RMR being billed to the Subaccount. 

A Subaccount can have RMR items billed to the Master, and some billed to the Subaccount. If this is the case, then there will be an amount listed in both columns.

If there is no amount shown in either column, then that Subaccount does not have any Active RMR.
