The Print Preview button is only available when a report is available for information currently being viewed. The report will be displayed in Preview mode.
In the example below, a Customer Explorer record was being viewed displaying a list of customer invoices when the Print Preview function button was clicked. This opened the Customer Invoices report in preview mode.
