In the Sedona Scheduler under the “View” Tab select either “Day”, “Week”, or “Month” view.
The Appointments will vary in color depending on the status of the Tech(s) for that ticket.

Orange: Tech Go Back
Gray: Tech Resolved
Pink: Firm Appointment
