Canceling a Recurring Line Linked to an Inspection Record

When you attempt to cancel a recurring line that is linked to an Inspection Record, SedonaOffice will display a warning message indicating that the RMR item is associated with an Inspection Record.

The system will ask whether you would like to delete the Inspection Record tied to that recurring line.

If you select Yes, the linked Inspection Record will be terminated.

If you select No, then you may want to review the Inspection Record and update the billing method.

For example, you could link the inspection to a different active recurring line, change the Service Level to a Time & Material billing method, or update the Service Level and add an Inspection Item for flat-rate billing. This allows you to retain the inspection record while ensuring the billing setup remains accurate.
