If there are older Inspection Tickets that still remain open and need to be closed, but no billable work was performed and no charges need to be invoiced, you can close the ticket either using the Void Resolution Code or a Non-billable Resolution Code.
Selecting either type of Resolution Code allows the ticket to be closed without generating billable charges while maintaining an accurate service history.
This is particularly useful when cleaning up older Inspection Tickets that were created in error, are no longer needed, or were never completed and should not be billed.
