Monitoring

This form is used to create a list of monitoring services that are being provided to your company by a third-party central station for the System.  You are able to link the service provided by the third-party central station to the recurring line you are using to invoice your customer.  This provides a good check and balance to ensure that you are billing your customer for the services you are paying for from a central station.


To enter or modify the System's Monitoring information, you must first open the System record in edit mode, then click on the C/S Info button which is located at the bottom of the form.


To enter a new record, click on the New button located at the lower right of the form, enter the information and click on the Save button located next to the New button.  

Remember to click on the System form Save button at the bottom right of the form (this is a double-save process).
