How to Test Emails in SedonaSync

The following steps are used to test if the email set up in Sync V10 works

 Step 1.) Once logged in to Sync, Click on Admin tab on the left side of the menu

Step 2.) Click on the Email Accounts, then highlight the email line. 

Step 3.) Click on Perform Email Test

Step 4.) Enter an email you can use to test the email function, then click OK.

Step 5.) The email used to test should receive a test email confirming email functionality.
