Email traffic can be monitored to confirm Event emails have been sent. They fall under three categories. Pending, Sent, Error
Pending emails are emails that have not been sent for two major reasons.
- The report for the respective event did not generate is one reason an email will end up in Pending status.
- Email- SMTP account is not functioning.
