The Continuation Sheet form contains the detailed line items.
Line Item Details
Each install item appears as a line with these:
- Item number
- Description of work
- Scheduled value (taxes included)
- Previous applications total
- This period’s work
- Materials stored
- Total completed and stored to date
- Balance to finish
- Retainage
Automatic Calculations
The system performs these calculations automatically:
- Previous Totals: Sum of all prior applications for each line
- Total to Date: Previous + current period
- Retainage: Calculated at the specified percentage
- Net Earned: Total to date minus retainage
