The following steps are used to add a Sync user in addition to the Admin user.
Step 1.) Once logged in to Sync, Click on Admin tab on the left side of the menu
Step 2.) Click on the users tab.
Step 3.) Click on Add user.
Step 4.) Center new user Id and Password
Step 5.) Click on Save
